Fruit Valley Terrace is designed to provide safe and affordable housing for people who once experienced homelessness. With 100% Affordable Units, 21 On-Site Parking Spaces, and 2 ADA Stalls these 300 sq ft, Pre-Fabricated Tiny Homes were funded by the city of Vancouver’s Proposition 1 affordable housing initiative for people who earn under 30% of the area median income. This is Community ROOTS collaborative’s first of many projects to come. All people residing in the community have support systems and are given opportunities to stay forever, or work their way into a home that better suits them.
